The module seeks to provide an appreciation of the interaction between the corporate legal and regulatory framework and the accompanying disclosure regime that complements and supports the implementation of good corporate governance practice for companies.

Section A 3 to 5 compulsory questions that may be broken up into parts.

The questions will be discursive and will require participants to comment on issues raised in hypothetical or real cases. Candidates may also be required to write an essay that pertains to the issues covered in the module as one or more parts in the examination.
