Full Membership

Introduction

All ATTS Diploma in Taxation graduates will be invited to apply for the ATTS Full Membership.

With the birth of its full-membership status, ATTS affiliates will now be able to move a step further and gain access to the recognition and status that comes with being a member of the association in Singapore. Membership Certificates are issued by ATTS Singapore which recognises your achievement through the award of the designatory letters "ATT". Membership will provide you with new career opportunities and gives you a strong foothold in your career advancement.

• Use of designatory letters "ATT" for ordinary members and "STT" for senior members
• Free Bi-monthly journal "Singapore Accountant" from ICPAS
• Preferential member's to ICPAS Continuing Professional Education (CPE) programmes and ATTS forums

Admission Criteria

Registered Students who have passed all of the examinations of ATTS Diploma in Taxation shall be eligible to apply for admission to the ATTS as:

1. Ordinary Members
    a. supported by a qualified referee who is a member of ATTS or a Certified Public Accountant of ICPAS
     b. attained the age of twenty-one years

2. Senior Members
     a. obtained seven years of approved post-qualifying practical experience
     b. attained the age of thirty years

Application Procedures

When submitting your application, please ensure that your application form has been correctly completed and that the following are enclosed:

  1. Fee Payable - Admission Fee                            S$ 50.00
                           Annual Subscription Fee            S$ 80.00
                           Total Payable to "ATTS"             S$130.00
    2. A person who is admitted after the 1st day of July in any year shall pay only half the subscription that is payable for a year. The cheque for the required fees should be crossed A/C Payee only and made payable to the "ATTS".
  2. Certified copies of your educational certificates. Photocopies may be certified by a CPA of ICPAS or a member of ATTS.
  3. Certified copies of testimonials covering your working experience up to the date of your application are required. Each testimonial should contain the period of your employment, your job title and a brief description of your duties.
  4. Photocopy of NRIC (Both sides) or copy of Passport for foreigners.
