Graduates with a recognised university
Degree in Accountancy or Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Banking
and Finance or Economics with a major in accounting or related subjects; whose
qualifications do not meet the direct entry requirements of ICPAS membership and
not accredited by the Institute, are welcomed to submit their application for consideration. |

All interested applicants
are required to submit Assessment Application to determine
their eligibility into ICPAS PE. A non-refundable fee of SGD
168 (inclusive of GST) is applicable. |

with Assessment Application. It shows the various critical
dates (including the commencement and closing date of Assessment
Application), terms and conditions, rules and regulations
and fees payable in ICPAS PE programme.

| Assessment application
is all year round, but if you desire to start your first
examination in a particular term, you should refer to the
Assessment Application Closing Date (available in Important
Dates and Information) that leads to the desired examination
dates and ensure that all the required documents are submitted
by the said closing date. |

Online Application
- The assessment fee is required to be paid online
(via MasterCard / Visa / eNets).
- Applicant is required to submit all the supporting
documents (refer to Assessment Checklist) by post.
- All supporting documents have to reach the Institute
by the closing date

When submitting the Assessment
Application, applicants must ensure that all the items in
the Assessment Documents Checklist are included. Any incomplete
application will be rejected if the required items are not
submitted by the closing date. |

- All documents submitted must be in English,
otherwise an official English translated version
has to be provided.

- Certified true copy of Academic Certificate(s) (University Accountancy Degree / Diploma Certificate / Professional Qualification Certificate)*

- Certified true copy of NRIC (for Singaporeans & PRs) / Passport (for foreigners)*
- Certified true copy of Deed Poll (if applicable)*
- Degree Programme Course outlines
- Marking / Grading Scheme (for the results reflected in the transcript(s))
*Documents are to be certified as true copy by either: - (1) the Institution(s) awarding the academic certificates; (2) an Advocate and Solicitor; or (3) a Certified Public Accountant of Singapore (CPA Singapore).
